1. You get a reference

2. We reply by email

Payment and sign-in problems are picked up within 6 hours, most other things within 24.

The email carries a private link that opens the whole conversation, so nothing gets lost in a mail thread.

Check your email address. It is the only way back into your ticket, so a typo means our answer reaches nobody.

Never send a password. We will never ask for one, and support does not need it to help you.
